What problems should be paid attention to in the process piping installation of pressure transmitter?
Under normal circumstances, the correct installation position of the pressure transmitter in the process pipeline is related to the measured medium, so as to obtain the best measurement effect, the following conditions should be taken into consideration:
1, should also be installed in the installation of the upper part of the pipeline, so that the accumulation of liquid easy to inject into the process pipeline.
2, the guide pipe should be installed in a small temperature fluctuations.
3, the measurement of steam or other high temperature media, need to be connected with the buffer tube (coil) and other condenser, should not make the transmitter operating temperature exceeds the limit.
4, when the winter freeze, the outdoor installation of the transmitter must take anti freezing measures to avoid the pressure inside the mouth of the liquid due to the expansion of the volume of ice, leading to damage to the sensor.

Installation of pressure transmitter in process piping:
1 to prevent the contact of the transmitter with corrosive or overheated medium;
2 to prevent sediment deposition in the catheter;
3 when measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure port should be opened on the side of the process pipeline in order to avoid sediment accumulation.
4 to measure the gas pressure, the pressure should be opened at the top of the flow pipe, and the transmitter should also be installed on the upper part of the pipeline, so that the accumulation of liquid easy to inject into the process pipeline.
5 guide pipe should be installed in a small temperature fluctuations;
6 when measuring steam or other high temperature medium, it is necessary to connect with the condenser (coil) and so on.
7 when freezing occurs in winter, it is necessary to take anti freezing measures according to the transmitter installed in the outdoor, so as to avoid the expansion of the liquid in the pressure port.
8 when measuring the liquid pressure, the installation position of the transmitter should avoid the impact of the liquid (water hammer phenomenon), so as to avoid excessive damage to the sensor.
9 wiring, the cable through the waterproof joints (accessories) or around the pipe and tighten the sealing nut, in order to prevent rain through the cable leakage into the transmitter shell.
